Bedroom check in/out:

Delegate check in is from 15:00. We asl that upon departure vacate their bedroom by 10:00 (11:00 at the weekend) and settle any charges at reception.

We operate a cashless payment system, and we accept all major credit or debit cards with Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Accommodation:

Our venues offer hotel-styled en-suite bedrooms and feature a study desk area, telephone, television, radio alarm clock, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, fresh towels, toiletries and an iron/ironing board and a faily cleaning service.

Scarman and Radcliffe both have lifts to upper floors. If you have any accessibilities requirement, then please inform your event organiser.

Reception stock a small number of toiletries or you can purchase from Rootes Grocery Store on Central Campus.

Laundry and dry-cleaning facilities are available on Central Campus.

Wi-fi

Food and Drinks

Breakfast is provided in the restaurant between the hours of 7:00 and 9:30

Please inform your event organiser prior to your arrival if you have a specific food allergy or a lifestyle dietary requirement (for example vegan, vegetarien, halal or kosher).

Bar facilities are available in each location serving a selection of drinks and bar food.

24-hour Room Service is available in Radcliffe and Scarman.

Shops and Cafés on Central Campus:

Sport facilities:

Guests have free access to Warwick Sport’s premium leisure facilities on campus; including swimming pool and gym, however other bookable facilities will incur a charge. For further information, please see  https://warwick.ac.uk/services/sport.

If you feel unwell during your stay, please contact Reception who will ensure a message is given to your event organiser. We do not have a resident doctor available for a conference delegates, but if you require first aid assistance, this can be administered via our 24-hour Community Safety Team.  http://cityofcoventrynhshealthcarecentre.nhs.uk/

If you have any lost property during or after the event, contact Reception by email: scarman@warwick.ac.uk or radcliffe@warwick.ac.uk. Items will be kept for a maximum of 2 weeks following your departure.

A Chaplaincy is available to all University visitors. Further information can be found here:  https://warwick.ac.uk/services/chaplaincy/. To gain access to the Chaplaincy, please ask at Reception. If you require post or parcels to be delivered to you during your stay, it is advisable to discuss your requirements with your event organiser, as specific delivery details are required to ensure your parcel Lockers.
